 Kathy Mead was born in Salt Lake City, but has also lived in Northern
California and Nevada. She has two daughters, Kathryn and Melissa. Kathryn
is a master gardener and is the mother of Kathy’s first grandchild,
Nadia Grace. Melissa is currently attending a community college. Kathy taught
preschool for more than 20 years, and was drawn toward Montessori because
she loves Montessori philosophy. She began working at the Montessori Community
School in 2006. Kathy loves working with children and is very excited about
the idea of being in a “Community School”. Little known fact
about Kathy: She did a light show for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. |
